Or so people are saying, after jumping to conclusions from a recent statement made by Jen's bff Sheryl Crow.

"For both of us, the perceived idea is that, in our big relationships, we both got dumped. Believe me, this is not true. Neither one of us has ever gotten dumped. No one ever knows what goes on in relationships. Unfortunately, for some people like Jennifer and me, so much is written about things that you don't say, and so many emotions are attributed to you that you haven't had."

Now, supposedly, "friends" are "backing" Sheryl up on this one, telling the National Enquirer that Jen "dumped Brad" once she "saw the writing on the wall":

"She took a cold, hard look at her marriage and realised it was irretreivable broken. She and Brad had vastly different personal agendas and feelings aobut love, career and having a family."

Much to my surprise, I also found an ABC article from 2005 stating that it was Jen who wanted the divorce, not Brad:

"Peter Castro, executive editor of "People" magazine -- the publication that broke the story of Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston's separation -- told ABC News' "Good Morning America" that the decision was ultimately up to Aniston.

"A source close to the couple told 'People' magazine that it was Jennifer's decision to break it off," Castro said. "He [Pitt] was half a step behind her on this. He wasn't terribly happy either."

Buuuut... what about all the sappy interviews Jen gave after the split, where she talked about her "shock" and Brad "missing a sensitivity chip" and stuff??

And why hasn't this information come out until now, 3 years later??

And how is it possible that neither Sheryl or Jen has ever been dumped? That's absurd!

Brad Pitt debuted a new look when he showed up with Angelina at the Critic's Choice Awards last night, proving that he truly is hot at any look.

Let's take a peek at some of the many hair styles Brad has pulled off so effortlessly it's painful.

Not to mention hot at any age. Brad's 44 and you can tell he's no longer in his twenties, but he totally rocks the older man thing.

I just rrrreally want to know. Did someone teach him to purse his lips and open his mouth in that adorable way he always does? Has he practiced that in the mirror so many times that it's become second nature? Brad's ever-increasing philanthropic side only makes him sexier, but let's be honest: the guy's STILL a pretty boy.

Not that I'm complaining: he can keep being pretty until age 90 and I'll be happy!

Brad Pitt just got sexier...if that's possible. This week the studly actor and budding activist gave several interviews to discuss the "Make It Right" Organization he created with the goal to build 150 affordable and eco-friendly homes in the lower ninth district of New Orleans. Pledging $5 million of his own money and asking for any and all donations, Brad said he hopes to rebuild as many as possible of the more than 5000 homes destroyed by hurricane Katrina. He tells the NY Times:

"I've always had a fondness for this place - it's like no other. Seeing the frustration firsthand made me want to return the kindness this city has shown me."

"I see this as a great opportunity. If you have this blank slate and this great technology out there, what better test than low-income housing? It's got to work at all levels to really be viable."

In an interview with Larry King, Brad passionately discussed the eco-friendly aspect of "Making it Right", saying that he has embraced solar panels and water recycling in his own home.

And speaking of home life...Brad also dished to Larry (watch interview) on his relationship with Angelina Jolie - for the first time publicly refuting any romance between the two co-stars during the time that he was still married to Jennifer Aniston and filming of "Mr. & Mrs. Smith". Calling Angie "a woman of strong opinion and very specific beliefs and a great voice, Brad diplomatically stated that he respects Angelina's "great intellect" and said they more often "challenge" each other than fight."

As if being charitable, showing his humanitarian side, and speaking highly of his girlfriend wasn't enough, Brad then went on to gush about fatherhood, calling it "the hardest job of my life and the most rewarding" and explaining that his kids are all the same to - regardless of whether they are adopted or biologically his. "They are as much my blood as I am theirs."

Swoon much?!!!!
