Jon Stewart is hilarious, what the hell is Tilda Swinton wearing, Amy Adams is enchanting, Oh cool the Coen brothers win something, Diablo Cody used to be a stripper?, holy CRAP Jon Stewart is funny, sweet Marion Cotillard believes in angels?, someone get Katherine Heigl a Valium, Johnny Depp is hot, Daniel Day-Lewis is not just a "best actor" he's a freaking poet, yup George Clooney is disappointed, Penelope Cruz is perfection I hate her but I love her, just looking at Jon Stewart makes me laugh, Renee Zellweger must belong to Madonna's gym, somebody please fix John Travolta's bowtie, where is Keira Knightley?, Jon Stewart still amusing, the Coen brothers win something else, Dwayne Johnson's face kinda looks like cartoonishly "Toy Story" esque, another video montage?, like seriously the Coen brothers did not win AGAIN, did I mention I love Jon Stewart?

All in all, the 80th Annual Academy Awards were decent. They were thrown together a bit sloppily, considering that plans were kind of on pause until last week's WGA resolution confirmed that the show would go on. And it showed. Ratings were down 21%, the lowest in over 20 years, and the celebrity turn-out was equally slim. Oscar would not be pleased!
